steel can come alive.
The steel I use the most is from recycled sawmill
blades that I get from a local mill.
The steel is a high carbon steel and is very tough and
holds an edge well. It is so tough that I make my
throwing knives from it.
I also have made knives from titanium.
I make my sheaths from vegetable tanned leather that
are hand stitched and hand polished. Knife prices
include sheaths.
For handles I use antler, exotic woods, micarta and
other things if the customer has special needs.
I have been making knives as a hobby for about 20
years now.
